This session will cover the more important mandatory and optional changes to 401(k), 403(b) and 457 plans brought about by the SECURE 2.0 Act. Mr. Scott will touch on recent IRS guidance and DOL regulations affecting plan sponsors, discuss how to establish a process for communicating and implementing changes, and cover what to expect from your plan recordkeeper and adviser.
