Statement of Diversity and Inclusion
Our membership reflects our commitment to a culture that embraces diverse experiences, perspectives, backgrounds and needs. We foster and value an inclusive environment that brings everyone we serve together in a collaborative way to grow and develop the knowledge of our members and enrich their lives and careers in the employee benefits field.
The International Society values the differences in its membership and headquarters staff and recognizes that this diversity adds value to the organization, its mission and the quality of its programs and services.
The International Society embraces diversity as a strategy to advance its effectiveness and recommends that volunteers identify and encourage diversity on the International Society’s Governing Council, national committees and other volunteer activities.
Symposium Refund/Cancellation
A fee of 10% of the Symposium registration is imposed on all cancellations. Refund deadline is two weeks prior to the meeting. For more information regarding administrative policies such as complaint and refund, please call the Society office at (262) 786-8771.
Website Logging
Our web servers collect domain names and/or IP addresses of users to measure use of the site, administer the site, improve content and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information. Specific sections of the Web site may require users to accept cookies. We use cookies only to enhance your convenience in using our site, to improve search functionality or to hold information that you would otherwise need to re-key. We do not use cookies for any other purpose.
