Rewards. We will delve into the latest tools and technologies that are
reshaping our industry, providing valuable insights on optimizing these
resources to streamline operations, augment the efforts of your team, and
elevate the overall employee experience.
2:00 – 2:15 Networking Break
2:15pm - Benefits/PBM TransparencyPBM Transparency is an issue that has been much debated recently, with scant agreement even within the PBM industry. Employers providing pharmacy benefits to their employees often do not understand how PBMs are paid. The debate has resulted in bi-partisan legislation being considered in both the US House and Senate. Keith Weaver will lead this session from USI’s Pharmacy Benefits Practice. He will cover the various ways in which PBMs are dealing with employers and their advisors’ quest for more transparency in how they are paid, followed by an interview session with Keith dealing with policy issues related to Congressional activity.
