Melisa Joyal from Reclaim Rehabilitation Consulting will be discussing tools, strategies and processes to reduce the incidence and duration of absences leading to claims. Tough claim situations such as chronic pain and mental health require new ways of thinking and a different approach to reduce the cost of claims.

She will outline the process of rehabilitation, starting with early intervention and how that can reduce the overall claims time and costs as well as how goal setting, activation and a team approach is becoming best practice.
