In this session Vanessa Palmer will walk through our LTD claim process from the initial adjudication through to resolution. She will touch on how the industry is handling today’s realities in working with physicians, gathering information and strategies as we navigate the current health care challenges. She will also highlight some of the tools our case managers use today which assist with both addressing gaps in treatment and making an impact on claim durations.
