Speaker Team: This webinar will be presented by two outstanding speakers from the Mayo Clinic’s Complex Care Program who have extensive experience in health care, product and vendor management.
Lianne LaTorre is a Director of Mayo Clinic’s Complex Care Program having joined the team in 2024. She has spent over 20 years in the health insurance industry, focusing on client satisfaction, new client acquisition and client retention. Lianne started her Mayo career on the laboratory side in 2016 as a Regional Manager and became one of the first National Account Executives hired in 2019 to focus on strategic clients.
Brent Westra is also a Director within Mayo Clinic’s Complex Care Program. He has a background in product management, marketing and communications and held multiple roles at Mayo Clinic before joining the Complex Care Program in 2021. In this role, he is responsible for building relationships with employers, payers and third party administrators to ensure that complex patients have access to Mayo Clinic care.
